These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Top Talent Partners LLC ("Top Talent Partners," "TTP," "we," "us," or "our"). By agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy (https://www.ttphiring.com/privacy).
1. SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
TTP uses person-to-person text messaging to communicate with candidates and professional contacts with whom we have an existing recruiting relationship. Messages may concern a specific job opportunity, interview availability, interview scheduling or reminders, application or recruiting-process updates, requested follow-up, or closely related recruiting coordination.
We do not use this SMS program to send cold text messages to individuals with whom we have had no prior interaction. We begin SMS communications only after the individual has engaged with TTP, responded to outreach through another channel, provided a telephone number for recruiting coordination, or otherwise agreed to receive text messages from us.
This SMS program is not used to send age-restricted content, lending or loan offers, or emergency alerts.
2. HOW YOU OPT IN
You may agree to receive SMS messages from TTP by expressly giving permission during a telephone, video, email, social-media, or other recruiting conversation; by asking us to contact you by text; by providing your mobile number for interview or recruiting coordination and agreeing to text communication; or by responding affirmatively to a request for permission to text you.
Our website is not used to collect consumer opt-in for this SMS campaign. Providing a telephone number to TTP does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for a position, being considered for employment, receiving recruiting services, or purchasing anything.
Consent provided to TTP applies only to messages from TTP. It is not transferred to an employer, client, affiliate, or other third party for that party's marketing or promotional messages.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency varies based on the recruiting process and your interactions with us. We do not guarantee a fixed number of messages.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. TTP does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.
4. HOW TO OPT OUT
You may stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, we will stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you later ask to receive them again.
You may also opt out by telling the TTP representative who contacted you, emailing calebg@ttphiring.com, or calling (281) 849-9379. We treat any clear request to stop SMS communications as an opt-out request.
Opting out of SMS does not automatically opt you out of email or telephone communications. You may ask us to stop those communications separately or request removal from our recruiting database as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. PRIVACY AND USE OF MOBILE INFORMATION
We use your mobile number and SMS communications to provide the recruiting and interview-coordination communications described above, maintain recruiting records, respond to requests, operate and secure our systems, and comply with law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile numbers or message information to service providers that operate our telephone, messaging, scheduling, recruiting-database, security, and related systems, solely to provide services to us. We may also provide a mobile number to a client or prospective employer solely to coordinate a specific recruiting opportunity or interview in which the candidate is participating. SMS consent is not transferred to those parties for their own marketing.

7. DELIVERY AND CARRIER LIMITATIONS
Delivery of text messages is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability. Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered for reasons outside our control. TTP and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law. Not all devices or carriers may support every feature.
SMS messages are not a secure or guaranteed method of communication. Do not use SMS to send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
8. ELIGIBILITY AND NUMBER CHANGES
The SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number provided. If your number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under your control, please opt out or notify us promptly so we can update our records.
9. CHANGES OR TERMINATION
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms. We will post updated SMS Terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
