Senior Analyst, Finance and Advisory
Location: NW Houston (Near Jersey Village Area)
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus annual bonus

Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance & Advisory to support financial analytics & integration, financial reporting, and operational improvement initiatives. This on-site role offers significant exposure to leadership, operations and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integration analytics across Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing & other functions.
- Develop robust reporting frameworks to effectively communicate analytics progress, financial impact, and KPIs.
- Drive advisory efforts for acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
- Perform financial and operational analyses to inform M&A and post-close decisions.
- Partner with leadership to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities during transitions.
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Act as liaison between acquired entities and internal teams to align processes and controls.
- Support change management, including communications, training, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and governance.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years in transition advisory, M&A integration, or financial consulting; 5+ years preferred.
- Experience with Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills; ability to simplify complex data.
- Oil & Gas or industrial/manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; ERP transition experience a plus.
